I finally hit my first target yesterday :P
I lost a total of 5 kgs since my first visit to the gym.. hoorah!
My weight loss isn't going fast. Oh well.. i must admit that i cheated alot.. i feast on
a) lush hotel food (hmm mutton steak, chicken tikka and rice and some miniature snacks) during my training with SUN Microsystems
b) chocolates and snacks .. not alot tho.. just a few pieces of chocolates.. and so far just 2 packs of chips.. muahahahhaa (ultimate guilt)
c) cookies - yummm i can't resist the temptations of cookies and julies chocolate love letters? i have just bit by bit ..
so now.. on the non cheating part
1. So far i've never skipped my 3 days a week workout.. except for 1 incomplete cycle which lasted just 30 minutes. Normally i'd spend 2 hours and 15 minutes each time i went to the gym burning a total of 700 - 750 kcals a session.
2. most of the time, i eat lean meat like chicken breast part and mackarel for lunch.. as for snacks, an apple a day (so i got sick of apples now)
3. no sweet stuffs and can't cook delicious food
4. sometimes i go for better food like steamed assam fish and also fried vegetarian noodles (not so oily but the vege is more than noodles)..
5. for dinner, i might have some change of menu .. maybe "lok-lok" to curb my hunger.. it's nice and boiled.. y not?

WOW! When I did a Java course about ten years ago conducted by Sun Microsystems, they provided a nice buffet lunch at the Merchant Court Hotel daily!
