Gym and Updates

I'm not so very happy with my health these days as i'm having cough, sorethroat and was down with minor fever and not to mention that i couldn't sleep well cuz of having non-stop cough in the middle of the night.. that's so cool i can tell you.. :)

anyway as for my gym progress.. i can say that i'm kinda happy with it. i can stay for like up to 2.5 hrs in there. i can now burn for bout 700-900 kcal approximately in a gym session. what's making me even happier is that i can now run for quite some time at the pace of 7.5 - 7.6 on the threadmill in which i found it hard before this. This isn't very fast but then it's sort of an achievement! I never thought that i could run! lol

things aren't as taxing and exhausting as before and i've been taking more water than what i used to have. So folks, exercising isn't hard.. it's just that initial thingy that was hard. It takes a lil effort to train the body up. ahh.. i don't know when can i hit my aim. it seems like there's still a long way to go..

Er.. the main problem with gyms is the monthly fee I have to pay.

I'd rather be hiking very often or going to parks for a quick run here and there. More natural.
