The annoying sickness
I've been down with cough and flu for bout 2 weeks! exactly it is.. Cool huh? i broke the medical leave record of having 4 days of MC in a month! I don't like that but i can't help it.. Should i take more i think it wouldn't be healthy for my work record..
I've also been waking up in the wee hours of the mornings without fail. I slept early.. then i will wake up at bout 3.30 - 4.15 a.m. every single mornings! So if you need help to wake u up at this hour? You can count on me.. pass me your fon number and i shall give u miscal :) .. Like today, i woke up at bout 4.05 am. Waking up is still ok but i have to stay awake for an interval of basically at least 30 minutes before i can continue to sleep. The worst was it lasted bout an hour or two..
Beat that.. i'm so cool that i can still wake up to go to work, be up without looking like a zombie despite having my gay aching nose due to excessive blow of mucus.. (ewwwww disgusting huh?)
Doctors can't help me either.. i think i finished almost a whole bottle of cough mixture.. gotta love it.. it's sweet :P and i think i'm prolly gonna be addicted to it. I even finished the whole antibiotic crap and various pills u name it.. so gay!..
am i gonna recover soon? i think not..

Visiting Heritage Building in Ipoh - Sinhalese Bar
The Sinhalese bar is the 2nd oldest bar in Ipoh which is still open for business. There are lots of nice antiques in the bar and arrangement of furniture and items in the bar gave the old feel to anyone who stepped into it..
The bar owners were friendly to let me snap pictures of the bar telling stories of the bar's existance :)

Gym and Updates
I'm not so very happy with my health these days as i'm having cough, sorethroat and was down with minor fever and not to mention that i couldn't sleep well cuz of having non-stop cough in the middle of the night.. that's so cool i can tell you.. :)
anyway as for my gym progress.. i can say that i'm kinda happy with it. i can stay for like up to 2.5 hrs in there. i can now burn for bout 700-900 kcal approximately in a gym session. what's making me even happier is that i can now run for quite some time at the pace of 7.5 - 7.6 on the threadmill in which i found it hard before this. This isn't very fast but then it's sort of an achievement! I never thought that i could run! lol
things aren't as taxing and exhausting as before and i've been taking more water than what i used to have. So folks, exercising isn't hard.. it's just that initial thingy that was hard. It takes a lil effort to train the body up. ahh.. i don't know when can i hit my aim. it seems like there's still a long way to go..

My First Day at the Gym - It's just losing fat
Yup. I finally started working out at a gym near to my workplace. That place is pretty cool with new equipments.
I think i did almost total body workout minus the tummy area :) .. haha doesn't matter as the place to focus at is the thigh and arms area. I was told by my personal trainer to go on about 25-30 mins for cardio on 3 different machines and then proceed on weight training on 3 other different machines.
The weight training is supposed to train muscles at some specific problematic areas. He assured me that i'll see results with repetitive cycle of the same exercise (as much repetition that i could take). All i need to do is just to do as much as i could till i can't go on.
As for cardio workout, it's always good to do great amount of repetitions too. I was told to keep resistance level low so that my body won't increase in size and it's just losing fat.

Commitments
I guess i haven't been updating my blog frequently.. kinda having a glitch in my schedule and am gonna be more busier than ever..
i have lots of things to do.. everyday without fail, i do have something to do in my mind like reading, cooking and photoshoot.. ya that is.. after work and in the weekends..
now, i joined a gym and i hope to be able to withstand having that kind of enthusiasm going on for at least 6 mths to get desired results. I've a friend who will be guiding me in it (He is my appointed personal trainer). I can say that i trust him being professional as he dropped bout 20kgs before (if i'm not wrong) by joining a gym and sooner gain muscle weight to get a better figure and to be more healthy
basically i believe all i need is preserverance and the right programme and equipment to work on. I do hope to see the great result coming in 6 mths time..
