Alicia's Kung Pao Chicken / Spicy Chili Chicken
1. marinate chicken with salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, ginger juice and corn flour
2. fry chicken till it's done
3. put chicken aside and fry dried chilis till it's brown in color.. put in chop garlic and saute till it's golden brown..
4. add in fried chicken, black soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger juice, salt and chinese cooking wine.. simmer for a while and lastly add cornflour+water to thicken the sauce
5. add in chopped large onions and stir..
6. ready to serve..
the picture looks abit gay.. i'm lazy to garnish it.. anyway it tastes good :)

I eat Kung Pao chicken pretty frequently, but guess what - I *always* remove the dried chilies, and don't eat them. Don't ask me why - I can eat hot and spicy, but the dried chilli looks scary, i don't wanna blow flames.
