It is reported that the sales of fried chicken has been badly hurt by the recent bird flu.. hence KFC came out with FiSh in their menu..

How dare they bring me out from the all famous KFC! Walk across my dead body before they do it!
Talking about oil change... Oil being heated repeatedly looses its health Value... Thus reheating and reusing oil causes less good cholestrol, more bad cholestrol and cancer.
Most oil we eat at home are actually already processed and unhealthy. Good oil have an unpleasent natural smell...
Fast food restaurants should change their oil Daily and not monthly... I believe that what Macdonalds is practicing as they always drain and change their Oil daily as I've seen them do it before... I'm not sure about KFC though but I do love their Chicken... :P
Haven't eat KFC for years already :P
